Microsoft Project 2024 Standard: plan dates and tasks on your own
Microsoft Project 2024 Standard is the single-user edition of Microsoft's project planning software. The program is not part of Microsoft Office but is installed as a standalone application for Windows. You buy it once and use it indefinitely on one PC.
The Standard edition is a good fit for people who plan their projects themselves: for example, self-employed event planners organising a trade fair, a company anniversary or a wedding. From booking the venue through catering and technical equipment to set-up on the day, every step can be recorded with a deadline and a person responsible. If a delivery date slips, Project automatically adjusts the subsequent dates.
Because Microsoft maintains the 2024 release until autumn 2029, it is suitable for anyone who wants to use planning software over several years.

Standard or Professional?
With Standard you plan projects on your own computer, including resources and reports. Professional only makes sense when a team distributes the same staff across several projects, needs the Team Planner or is to be connected to Project Server. For individuals and small offices without such requirements, Standard is generally sufficient. Compared with Project 2021 Standard, the main advantage is the longer support.

Support period
Microsoft provides security and quality updates for Project 2024 until 9 October 2029. Until then, you receive these updates via Microsoft Update. Your usage rights do not end on this date, as the licence is perpetual.
How purchase and activation work
- Order: Once payment has been received, the licence key with instructions is sent by email, usually within a few minutes.
- Install: Download the installation files from Microsoft or via our download link.
- Activate: Enter the key and activate online with the manufacturer, in some cases by phone. We can help by email at info@keychannel.de and, on request, via remote support.

Brauche ich Microsoft Office für Project 2024?
Nein. Project 2024 Standard ist ein eigenständiges Programm und wird separat installiert und aktiviert.
Kann ich Project 2024 Standard auf mehreren PCs nutzen?
Die Lizenz gilt für 1 PC. Für jeden weiteren Rechner benötigen Sie einen eigenen Schlüssel. Ab 2 Stück gilt unser Mengenrabatt (−10 %, ab 3 Stück −15 %).

Kann ich den Kauf widerrufen?
Bei Lizenzschlüsseln per E-Mail erlischt das Widerrufsrecht, sobald wir mit der Lieferung begonnen haben, nachdem Sie im Bestellvorgang ausdrücklich zugestimmt und bestätigt haben, dass Sie dadurch Ihr Widerrufsrecht verlieren (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB). Wann erhalte ich meinen Lizenzschlüssel?
Nach Zahlungseingang senden wir Ihnen den Lizenzschlüssel mit Anleitung per E-Mail, in der Regel innerhalb weniger Minuten. In Einzelfällen, etwa bei einer manuellen Prüfung, kann es länger dauern. Bitte prüfen Sie auch Ihren Spam-Ordner.
