Guarantee

If a licence key bought from us cannot be activated, we will supply you with a replacement key free of charge. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund the full purchase price.

This also applies if the manufacturer later blocks a key without you having caused this.

• Duration: 12 months from delivery of the key
• Territory: worldwide, regardless of where you activate the key
• The guarantee is free of charge for you.

• You use the key for the product purchased and the matching version (see product description).
• You do not activate it more often than stated in the product description.
• The guarantee applies to you as the buyer. If you pass the key on, it ends.
• You send us your order number and, if possible, a photo or screenshot of the error message.

Often a problem is not caused by the key but by a setting on the computer. We help you free of charge – by email, phone or, if you wish, via remote support.

Your statutory rights in the event of defects (statutory warranty) remain unaffected by this guarantee and apply regardless of whether you make use of the guarantee. You can assert your statutory rights free of charge.
