Who we are
keychannel.de is run by Keychannel (M. Kiwan), a sole trader business owned by Mohamad Kiwan and based in Herford. We sell software licences to private customers and businesses.

What we offer
You receive a licence key for activation with the manufacturer, together with easy-to-follow instructions. Our range mainly comprises Windows and Microsoft Office as well as other programs such as Visio, Project and PDF software. You can see which products are currently available in the shop.
Where our licences come from
We source our licences from suppliers within the EU. A large proportion originates from businesses' volume licensing agreements. Further details on rights of use and origin can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
How delivery works
Once payment has been received, you receive the licence key by email, usually shortly afterwards and within 24 hours at the latest. The email contains the instructions and your contract documents. If you pay by bank transfer, we deliver as soon as the amount has reached us.
If you wish, we also send the installation files on a USB stick via DHL. Physical data carriers (USB sticks) are shipped exclusively within Germany. More on this under Delivery & shipping.
Help with activation
You will find guides and installation files in the download centre. If a Microsoft product requires activation by phone, our Activation Portal will help you. If you wish, we can also support you via remote support.

If a key does not work
If a key does not work, you receive a replacement or your money back. Our guarantee applies for 12 months from delivery of the key; the conditions are set out under Guarantee. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
