Returns & refunds

Licence keys are digital content. During checkout you expressly agree that we deliver before the withdrawal period ends, and you confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal for the licence key. Once we have delivered the key, withdrawal is therefore no longer possible (§ 356(5) of the German Civil Code, BGB).

A key that cannot be activated is a defect – regardless of the right of withdrawal. In this case we supply a replacement key free of charge or refund the purchase price. Your statutory rights are set out in the Terms and Conditions (§ 8), our additional commitment on the Guarantee page.

For the USB stick, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt. Please return it to us complete:

Notify us of your withdrawal, for example by email, and then return the stick within 14 days. You bear the direct cost of returning it.

After a valid withdrawal or in the case of a defect, we refund the amount without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days, using the same payment method you paid with. We do not charge any fees for this. For the USB stick, we may withhold the refund until it is back with us or you have provided proof that you have sent it back.

1. Write to info@keychannel.de and state your order number (starts with "KC-").
2. Briefly describe your request. If a key does not work, a photo or screenshot of the error message helps us.
3. We will get back to you as quickly as possible – our support team is available around the clock, including weekends.
