Delivery & shipping

Once your payment has been received, we send your licence key to the email address you provided when ordering. You also receive step-by-step instructions for installation and activation.

• Cost: none
• Delivery time: usually shortly after payment is received, at the latest within 24 hours
• Once the key has been sent, you will also find it in your customer account, if you have created one.

For card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pay by Bank, iDEAL and Bancontact, our payment service provider usually confirms the payment within a few minutes.

For bank transfers, we deliver as soon as the amount has reached us. This usually takes 1 to 2 working days.

If you wish, we will also send you a USB stick with the installation files. You still receive the licence key by email, so you do not have to wait for the post.

• Delivery time within Germany: usually 2 to 4 working days after payment is received
• Delivery countries: Physical data carriers (USB sticks) are shipped exclusively within Germany.

1. Check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Check whether you spelled your email address correctly when ordering. If you have a customer account, you can also see your order there.
3. Write to us at info@keychannel.de with your order number. Our support team is available around the clock, including weekends.
